I received a defective or incorrect item.
If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue, then please email us through the contact page on the site. If you received a defective item, then please provide a photo of the issues you are referring too, and if you received an incorrect item, then please provide an image of the incorrect item along with your packing slip. We can then provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
